The hotel has a nice boutique feel to it. The check in process and hospitality was excellent. The only snafu was that one of the rooms was registered by the hotel in another family members name and that resulted in some emails back and forth. The location is close enough to the old town but not in it, that worked well for us. The rooftop terrace had a nice vibe too

The location is very good - close to the airport and just outside the old city. The room is big and very clean. One of the best breakfast I had in Colombia- a lot of fresh fruit. The WiFi is fast. The swimming pool is not big but enough for a short relax during the day. The staff was polite and helpful. I received a bottle of white wine as a compliment, which was a nice surprise.

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff willing to help and accommodate, absolutely delicious breakfast every day. I looked forward to getting up for breakfast. When we had an issue, the staff quickly and professionally took care of it. Clean, comfortable, and cool rooms, a nice place to rest when tired from walking around humid Cartagena.

Boutique hotel right outside the old city. Loved the pool and staff. The concierge helped us make all of our dinner reservations and outings. Rooms are very clean and modern. Great place to watch sunset and have drinks.

Location was close to the Old Town. There was a beach across the street and it was a ten minutes drive to the airport. Staff was friendly and the room/bed was comfortable.

beautiful hotel, amazing staff! as usual the most comfortable beds ever, extremely clean and welcoming! it has a lovely rooftop with a great view! Breakfast was delicious with colombian and international options! they organize transportation to the city and to the airport! will return!

Everything was amazing, but the personal is amazing, all people were super helpful. Congratulations to the chef and the baker, all kind of most delicious pastry, the breakfast that is included exceed all expectations. the beds are super comfortable, every need we had was fulfill at time. the Pool is awesome.
